G. Herbert Pritchett founded G. Herbert Pritchett & Associates, Inc. in November 1987 and served as the company’s president, then transitioned to Vice President.
He has more than 40 years of experience in the appraisal of a variety of real property including, commercial, industrial, agricultural, residential, subsurface rights (i.e. minerals, oil, gas, etc.) and suprasurface rights (i.e. avigation easements).
He has provided expert testimony in condemnation cases and also qualified as expert witness in The United States Court of Claims (Washington, DC), United States District Courts in Kentucky, Tennessee, and West Virginia, various state courts in Kentucky & Tennessee.
He holds the prestigious MAI and SRPA designations from the Appraisal Institute and the CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute.
