Christopher J. Phelps began his career as an appraiser at G. Herbert Pritchett & Associates, Inc. in May 2002 and has been the firm’s Vice President since 2010 and was named President/CEO in August 2018.
He has appraised a wide variety of real property over the course of his career. He has been accredited with the prestigious MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute as well as the CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute.
Mr. Phelps graduated from Murray State University with a Bachelors in Business Administration and also serves as a City Councilman in his hometown of Mortons Gap, KY.
