Overseeing and managing the Madisonville Office is the President G. Herbert Pritchett. He holds the MAI & CCIM designations. He has qualified as an expert witness in United States Court of Claims (Washington, DC), United States District Courts in Kentucky and Tennessee and various state courts in Kentucky and Tennessee.

Our residential section is headed by David A. White. White has over 35 years of experience in the appraisal of residential properties.
