Pritchett holds general appraisal certificates in Kentucky, Tennessee, Illinois and Indiana - and holds the MAI, CCIM, and SRPA designations.The firm has offices in Madisonville, KY, Clarksville, TN, and Evansville, IN. In addition to Mr. Pritchett, the firm has two other designated appraisers – Christopher J. Phelps, MAI from the Madisonville firm and Steven M. Shockley, MAI, CCIM from the Evansville firm. The firm has engaged in appraisal assignments involving various types of real estate in Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, and Illinois.
