APPRAISAL TEACHING EXPERIENCE:
Successfully completed the Instructor Leadership & Development Conference in August, 2010 for new Appraisal Institute instructors. By end of February, 2011 will be slated to become an Associate Instructor for both Basic Appraisal Principles and Basic Appraisal Procedures.

PAST AREAS OF SERVICE:
Primary area of service is Southern Indiana, Western Kentucky and southeast Illinois. Appraisals made on properties throughout Indiana and Kentucky, including the greater Louisville area.
